5 Hiking Essentials for Trekking to Everest
Even before you decide to trek Himalayas, keep in mind that trekking
in the Himalayas means exposure to extremes.

obviously cannot wear the currentfashion trends for men, instead it means wearing certain pieces for
extended periods of time. By the

#1 Remember that as you trek to Everest, you will be walking,
breathing, eating and most importantly sleeping above 14,000 feet for many days
at a time. It is recommended to carry less of baggage of clothes tuned to mens new style, instead make
it compact, easy-to-carry-anywhere experience.
#2 Light Hiking Boots. If you have a pair of heavy
bulletproof leather boots, leave them at home. Just stick to the lightest boots
you can get along with the essential ankle support that you need. If you can
keep water repellant ones. Buy sandals or flip-flops from Kathmandu for initial
sightseeing.
#3 Trekking Pants – Carry synthetic pants for hiking as they
dry faster. Carry also a bunch of cargo pants with pockets for carrying multiple
stuffs.
#4 Headlamps. - LED headlamps are must,
for your sleeping tent/teahouse room and trips to the communal toilets. Buy a
hefty one with an external battery pack that uses AA batteries for wearing
while hiking in the dark.
#5 Hydration System You need to take sips of water almost
every few minutes to keep yourself in good health. Avoid getting dehydrated as it can altogether effect your future course of trip.
